Data collected
We only collect the information you send us voluntarily: name, phone, e-mail, event type, preferred date, guest count and a description of your project — through the quote form or the online assistant.
Purpose
This data is used solely to answer your request, prepare a quote and follow up on your event. It is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention
Requests are kept for as long as needed for commercial processing, then archived — and deleted on request.
Online assistant
The conversation with our virtual assistant runs in your browser. Only a phone number you choose to leave and a summary of the exchange are stored, so that we can call you back.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no advertising cookie and no behavioural tracking. Only technical cookies required for WordPress to function may be set.
WhatsApp and social networks
If you write to us via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or LinkedIn, the conversation is subject to that platform’s own terms and privacy policy.
Your rights
In accordance with Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have a right of access, rectification and deletion of your data. Write to contact@mernizi.ma.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to stored requests is restricted to authorised Maison Mernizi staff.
